Holiday village Apartments

This luxury recreation park exists of four modern and nicely designed

residential towers of 12 floors each, 152 spacious apartments, 14 royal

penthouses and 8 luxury villas. Unique at this project is the applied

architecture, whereby all residences have, apart from space, a marvellous

outlook over the Mediterranean and the Taurus mountains.  In the rural

residential environment you further look on the convivial centre of Mahmutlar,

which lies at two kilometres from your resort. Also the distance to the beach

is about two kilometres. For your convenience there is a shuttle service which

drives on a regular basis from and to the centre and the beach.   

The complex disposes of two swimming-pools; one of 800 m² with a water-slide

and one of 400 m². Sportive people come into their own by exerting in the

fitness room. Delightful relaxing can be done in the sauna. The park offers

furthermore sufficient parking space. There are greenery supplies to a large

extent in the park with cosy seating areas, so that the harmony with the

outside environment is preserved.  Additionally there are a volleyball

court/ tennis court, a children's playground and a mini amphitheatre.

For the reception of foreign TV stations there is a joint satellite antenna.

You have no trouble of power outage and water supply during your stay by the

presence of a powerful stand-by power unit. The residential towers are provided

with fire-escapes. The complex is furthermore provided with a beautifully shaped

enclosure with a residential access gate. The caretakers live in the park and are

in charge of surveillance day and night.
